Buggy & Trolley Restriction

Tewkesbury Park reserve the right to restrict or ban the use of electric buggies and trolleys on the golf course without prior notice. If the golfer is unable to play due to a medical condition, and has a valid medical certificate confirming the need for a buggy then we will provide a course to play; this may not be the full 18 holes used as standard.

General Behaviour and Conduct

All visitors must have a suitable playing ability and be aware of golf etiquette; non-golfers are not permitted to play golf on the course. Tewkesbury Park reserves the right to ask players to leave the course should standard of play not be acceptable. If at any time the management of Tewkesbury Park feel the behaviour of an individual or group of guests is unacceptable they may ask the guest/s to leave the premises immediately with no refund offered. Unacceptable behaviour includes, but is not limited to; drunk, disorderly and offensive behaviour, excessive swearing in public areas, irresponsible use of golf buggies, drinking alcohol on the golf course. Aggressive behaviour towards any individual will not be tolerated.

Force Majeure

If on the day of the event the golf course and/or its facilities are forced to close for reasons outside of the Operator’s control such as war, strike, riot, crime, act of God (e.g. flooding) an alternative date/time will be offered – no refunds will be given.

Handicap Certificates

These are not generally asked for as a matter of course; we assume your players have a sound knowledge of the game. However, if a person’s ability is affecting other golfers’ enjoyment, and this is deemed unacceptable for the course, the Pro, Assistant Pro or management team have the right to ask that person to leave the course with no refund offered.

By signing these terms and conditions, you are confirming that only bone fide golfers will be invited to the event; golfing rules and etiquette must be observed at all times.
