Aggressive behaviour towards any individual will not be tolerated.
Force Majeure
If on the day of the event the golf course and/or its facilities are forced to close for reasons outside of the Operator’s control such as war, strike, riot, crime, act of God (e.g. flooding) an alternative date/time will be offered – no refunds will be given.
Handicap Certificates
These are not generally asked for as a matter of course; we assume your players have a sound knowledge of the game. However, if a person’s ability is affecting other golfers’ enjoyment, and this is deemed unacceptable for the course, the Pro, Assistant Pro or management team have the right to ask that person to leave the course with no refund offered.
By signing these terms and conditions, you are confirming that only bone fide golfers will be invited to the event; golfing rules and etiquette must be observed at all times.
