Our main restaurant - Mint - is the ideal spot to showcase the fabulous freshness of the meals produced by our executive chef, Anuj and his very talented team.

We’re all about relaxed, informal feasting, tucking into plates brimming with top-notch ingredients from carefully-chosen suppliers, who are as local as possible.

We change our menu with the seasons to make the most of produce that’s readily available, and that hasn’t been shipped half way around the world to reach us. So, you'll find our current menu jam-packed with the best of autumn's produce, including a Winchcombe venison fillet, butternut squash & sage ravioli and pear & almond frangipane tart.

As we make just about everything in-house, if you have any particular dietary requirements we’ll go out of our way to accommodate these without any fuss – just let us know.
