Work With Us

Our team is the beating heart of our business

It's true - we have a beautiful location, fabulous facilities and stunning decor, but it's our team who make TP such a success...and we're always looking to welcome new members to join.

If you’re hard-working, personable, enthusiastic, fun-loving and keen to help us deliver exceptional customer service then we’d love to hear from you.

Sous Chef

At the moment, we're looking specifically for a Sous Chef to join our fabulous kitchen team.

With food at the heart of our guests’ experience, we’re looking for a creative, experienced and passionate chef to join the team.

You’ll already be at the top of your game with oodles of varied experience and able to demonstrate good, steady progress throughout your career. You’ll be here to inspire, drive, teach, cajole, encourage and motivate our team of chefs (as well as keeping them on the straight & narrow!) Together you’ll deliver the tastiest of dishes, lovingly prepared and beautifully presented. When we say we put food at the heart of our guests’experience, this is what we mean. We buy from the local butcher; send our veg man to market; write menus based on local food and suppliers; and let our chefs drive the ideas and deliver the success for themselves. If you want to try something new, go for it.

Working closely with our Head Chef, your main responsibilities will be:
• Developing the team
• Planning the weekly staffing
• Running the kitchens and maintaining our 5-star food safety
• Working on developing menus
• Helping to make the profits
• Introducing new ideas, new suppliers and new methods
