"Oh my goodness, what a fabulous weekend we had.  Very many thanks for the magnificent room you allocated to us which we so very much enjoyed.  The peace and quiet together with the views were stunning.  My husband Bev is the world’s worst critic and was frustrated that he couldn’t find anything to complain about – an achievement as this has never happened before!!!!
The food was absolutely amazing and the staff, especially Joan, was so funny and she looked after us really well. Thanks also to Samantha who showed me around the facilities – I have rarely been so impressed with such a magnificent building.  The history was so interesting and to have a copy of the War of the Roses in the room was definitely an added bonus for me.  
The conference facilities will look stunning when they are completed and I will be ringing Infotel directly to recommend wholeheartedly your venue complete with my personal experience of it.   
I have to say, your toiletries were superb and am thinking of buying some on the website, especially the hand wash as we used any excuse to wash our hands just for the fragrance!!!

"I wanted to stage a meeting away from our headquarters, which would incorporate an evening meal and accommodation on the evening prior to our board meeting at your establishment. So a month or so prior to the above date, I visited the hotel to view the facilities where I had the pleasure in meeting you, and we discussed the finer points of my planned event. Thanks to your warm welcome and knowledge in staging such events I felt a great deal of pressure was taken away from me, as I knew I was in capable hands.
Upon arrival on the first day of our meeting, it was commented to me about how impressive the hotel was by at least half a dozen of my colleagues. First impressions are so important. The reception team were both polite and well organised, again many thanks to Meg and Alistair.
We dined that evening and chose from the “A La Carte” menu, it did not disappoint. The food was superb, well cooked and well presented, so please pass our thanks to the Head Chef and his team.
After breakfast the following morning, our meeting took place in earnest. My request to have tea, coffee and biscuits at a pre-ordained time that morning was met, followed at midday by a light lunch. This was on a finger buffet style and again I have to recommend the Head Chef and his team. There was such a good choice that we felt the hotel had gone the extra mile.
Once the meeting was over and the delegates had left, it allowed the Director, the National Fleet Service Manager and myself to discuss the event, and reflect upon how successful it was. It was felt that it could not have gone any better, and on the back of this success we are planning more such meetings to be staged in the near future, by not only our Aftermarket department, but other departments within Volvo Group UK Ltd.

"What a fabulous job the owners have done in sympathetically refurbishing and repositioning Tewkesbury Park. They have developed a nice bright and airy ‘New England’ feel to the Hotel. The rooms, especially in the main house, have fantastic views over the grounds and the wider Gloucestershire. The staff, although quite new are all very polite, enthusiastic and very customer focused. The food was actually very good with the chef showing real promise of what will be achieved once the new facilities are completed next year. 
Leisure facilities in a separate building work really well and even though the building does not match the décor in the main hotel…the facilities all work. 
All in all we had a fantastic weekend at the Hotel and really enjoyed the relaxed environment."
